Accounting Clerk - Copperopolis CA 95228
Entry level - training available for best candidate
$14-$16 an hour depending on experience
Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
Key position with room to grow within our Land Development Company with multiple projects and businesses handling all accounting clerk functions.

Be ready for the day to day interaction, emails, scans, index, file, archive, data entry with cross reference, multifunction between projects and tasks. Be able to work alone and be overseen stopped, interrupted and go back to where they left off. Must have strong values, trustworthy, dependable, strong work ethics, have a neat and tidy work area by the end of the day. Being a key player to get all the projects done.
Accounting Clerk – is ready to assist all key players, the Accounting Manager, Office Managers and Company Owners. This is a key role in companies and finance departments success. As the candidate grows the position may involve growth towards administration / bookkeeping. With Growth and knowledge of the businesses accounting terms and strategies. Accounting clerk will keeps all projects filed and coordinate all projects or tasks given. They will become familiar with companies roles, process and projects. If remains in accounting the next level is a bookkeeper and will be given their own accounts. This will consist of the multi-companies day to day financials AR and AP.
Physical requirement - sitting, standing, stairs, lifting files, pulling files, refiling, running errands(rare), and moving boxes to the filing room.
Experience- Excel Word Quickbooks MAC experience is a plus
Education requirement - high school graduate or equivalent and higher
Now, understanding the roles of an accounting department and who are all the key players.
