Job Description:
The wholesale shipping position compiles the orders headed to boutiques and grocers reporting directly to the Shipping Lead. Key responsibilities include pulling products for the orders, inspecting each unit, preparing supplies for shipment and communicating with the wholesale lead for clarifications and updates on delayed shipments.
Responsibilities:
Sending orders as directed by the wholesale shipment calendar.
Updating google calendar to reflect the timelines of orders past and future.
Preparing materials used for packaging orders.
Preparing stock when necessary to support the team and to keep orders moving according to their schedules.
Communicating with wholesale lead and shipping lead when issues or delays arise
Communicating with Shipping Lead when products are low or out of stock
Printing out invoices for orders
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Excellent Communication
Proactive self starter
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Hours: 32 hours per week
Days per week: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break (Flexible)
How to Apply:
This position would ideally begin at 32 hours per week, with a possibility of flexibility. This position is required to be conducted in person, and on the ground, at our physical location in Nevada City.
