Placer County is accepting applications to fill one Senior Waste Disposal Site Attendant position. This position provides general supervision to staff and assists with overseeing operations of the County landfill and transfer stations. Duties include, but are not limited to, estimation, collection, and accounting of disposal fees, daily balancing, reporting functions, scheduling and provide technical and functional supervision of staff at the waste management facility’s main gate; and to perform related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Three years of experience in disposal site operations including solid waste, recycling or resource recovery, and or materials receiving and accounting.
Training: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
