As a baker, you'll be responsible for baking off pastries for the day and preparing batter for the following day at a busy coffee shop in the heart of Nevada City, ensuring consistency, and adhering to food safety standards. You will collaborate with the head baker to meet service demands, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to menu development. Hours are 5am to 1pm, 2-3 days a week. Training for the first 2 weeks will require more days.
Pay will be based on experience, but is hourly pay. Tips increase pay around $6-$9 per hour.
Food Handlers Certification required
