Vela Massage Retreat is seeking an outgoing, personable, self-motivated, honest, and reliable person to:
Answer the phone
Make appointments/Read and comprehend daily communication log
Greet clients
Some light cleaning, involves washing/folding towels and robes.
Our shifts are from 9-3 pm daily. And 1-7pm
Potential for commission is a great way to supplement your hourly wage. Commission is given for package sales and Foot Spa Lounge sessions.
Knowledge of massage and healthy lifestyle preferred.
No perfume, please.
Must:
Be efficient in a fast-paced, multi-tasking position
Have cash handling experience
Be able to work under pressure, problem-solve, and work independently without being prompted
Have excellent phone skills and job references
COMPUTER SAVVY A MUST.
Be punctual
Be personable with a casual but professional appearance
Have a car or live within walking distance
Vela is a peaceful, wonderful environment to work in, but it is a lot of juggling between clients and our massage therapists/Estheticians. Not a lot of idle time or sitting around.
