Growing together.The Senior Business Process Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and drive initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your expertise in process mapping, analysis, and improvement methodologies to support the achievement of organizational goals.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
Process mapping, evaluation, and analysis
Process Improvement strategy, optimization, planning, and execution
Data Analysis and insight
Change Management planning and execution
Management of continuous improvement projects

4+ years of experience as a Business Process Specialist or Project Management experience
Change management experience, including facilitating change, managing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation of process improvements
Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks
Expertise in process analysis techniques, including process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical process control
Exposure to Tableau
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, filters, v-look ups)
Solid project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization and effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar certification
Experience with project management tools (Example: Asana)
Salesforce CRM experience

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
