Ensuring quality of food, enjoyment of guests, building a team, managing shifts, and making sure the restaurant is always running at peak performance.Restaurant Assistant Manager is an extremely rewarding opportunity and has a lot of growth potential in our organization.Prior experience as general manager, restaurant assistant manager, shift lead, team lead, supervisor, or experience in BOH, FOH and other food service lead roles are highly desirable.
