Bulldog Towing and Transport is seeking to fill a part time position for Front Office / Dispatch. We are a privately owned company, in business under the same ownership since 1992. It is our goal to strive for pleasant, professional work environment.
We are looking for someone with strong general office experience, along with experience in dispatching and routing preferably with in the towing industry. Industry specific training will be provided where applicable.
Office experience associated with invoice processing. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to coordinate customer correspondence as well as employee generated invoicing accurately and efficiently
- Strong familiarity of the Fresno area and the Central Valley with ability to efficiently dispatch through our computer systems, route drivers and effectively communicate with customers and law enforcement
- Candidate must be motivated and energetic. The person in this position will be relied upon to be efficient and comfortable with periods of fast paced multi-tasking. (I.e. Multiple phone lines, data entry, counter customers)
- Experience working with the public and ability to maintain positivity and professionalism, especially with challenging customers
- Answer multi line phones with ease and efficiency
- Extensive customer service background and good communication skills
- Considerable computer software experience and strong adaptability to multiple programs
Hours: 25+ hours per week. Week day shifts of 5 to 6 hours will be scheduled between the hours of 1:30am to 7:00pm five days per week with the possibility of a Saturday shifts - 11am to 3pm Flexibility a big plus.
Consistent attendance is crucial for this position
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check per Fresno Police Department
