We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance to our clients. This role involves providing technical phone support, testing software in development, handling some PHP development tasks, and occasional weekend phone support. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical phone support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with PHP development tasks, including script maintenance and troubleshooting.
QA/Test software in development
Collaborate with the team to identify and address technical challenges.
Be available for occasional weekend phone support shifts.
Document support activities and solutions for future reference.
Requirements:
Previous experience in technical support or a related field.
Previous programming experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including some weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools.
Prior experience in a similar role within the web services industry.
