Must have experience with clerical tasks, customer service including receiving payments, preparation of various reports, showing of units, move-out inspections, posting of notices and is computer literate
Must be professional dealing with tenants, various vendors and colleagues
Must be reliable and able to learn and adapt to existing company policies
Must be detail-oriented and organized, and with strong telephone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
Bilingual is a plus.
