Our well-established, well-known client, located in Fresno, is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant for their C-Suite.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Direct Hire position with excellent pay and benefits.
Description
-Back-up and support with legal documents
-Back-up and support with processing real estate/partnership documents
-Proofread and edit documents, letters, and memos
-General administrative duties
-Back-up and support with compiling and distributing meeting packets for all Executive Meetings
-Gather and send out KPIs
-Prepare visual presentations
-Back-up and support with monitoring email inboxes and executive calendars
-Organize meetings, lunches, and dinners. Set up and pick food as needed
-Support with LDI holiday and Annual recognition events
-Coordinate with IT to set up conference room events such as presentations, phone calls, etc.
-Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
-3+ years of experience in administrative professional role or equivalent
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
-Ability to multi-task and professionally collaborate with multiple executives and partners
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint
-Ability to learn new Software quickly
-Valid CA Driver’s License
