Brown Legal, an immigration law firm in Fresno, is seeking to hire a new legal assistant. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish. It's helpful for candidates to have one year working as an immigration paralegal or legal assistant in an immigration law firm, preparing application packets (I-765's, N-400's, I-485's, I-130's, I-601A's, etc.), preparing declarations, responding to RFE's, corresponding with the NVC, etc.
We WILL NOT able to accept resume from candidates who do not speak Spanish fluently.
We have a generous time off policy and give regular raises. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday through Friday with an hour off for lunch.
