A fast-paced janitorial services company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee day to day
responsibilities for a retail business in Fresno, CA.
- The Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations
at the assigned location (Fresno Fashion Fair Mall)
- Provide quality customer service
- Maintain service schedules in line with scope of work
- Maintenance of company equipment
- Effective communication skills. Regularly reports to the main office
- Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Must be available to work 5 days/week
- Reliable Transportation
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of the janitorial industry and previous experience as a project manager for
retail buildings
- Spanish fluency is a plus
