Cleaning Technican

This position is for a part-time, evening janitorial position. The expected schedule is 5:30pm - 7:30pm, Wednesday and Friday. Compensation for this position is $21.00 per hour.

The Cleaning Technician performs general cleaning duties which include, but are not limited to:

- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

- Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.

- Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.

- Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.

- Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.

- Operate and maintain equipment, such as vacuum cleaners.

- Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.

- Respond positively and promptly to customer requests.

- Conduct all work per Company procedures, including safety, time and attendance, and uniform policies.

- Report to work on time, every day, as scheduled.

Environmental Conditions:

- Indoors with exposure to various types of environments based on the industry of the client.

- Work with others and as an individual, depending on the assigned job site.

Physical Demands:

- Attendance and punctuality.

- Mobility within the work environment.

- Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, and crouch.

- Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift.

- Ability to drive a vehicle (if traveling between sites is required).

- Ability to talk and hear.

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
