Hotel Piccadilly is looking for a fantastic Front Desk Agent to add to our team. Previous hotel experience preferred.
Job Description: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out all hotel guests. This person must have good organization and communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position that will involve cash handling, answering telephones, providing local information to guests, etc. Ability to work under pressure and excellent multi-tasking skills are required.
Duties:
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Varied shifts; must be flexible.
Performs front desk duties such as check-ins/check-outs, making reservations, answering phones and assisting guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Multitasking strengths.
Professional appearance and ability to work with people a must
Excellent command of English language.
Must be friendly.
Some cash-handling experience is preferred.
