Job Description:
As a Customer Support Assistant at Hype Tier, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues and guide them through our services.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.Process customer orders and handle returns and exchanges.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.Document and track customer feedback and resolve complaints.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
