Job Qualification,
Oversee daily operations, strong verbal, and communication skills.
Computer knowledgeable
Responsible for all inbound and outbound freight – making sure every inventory piece is accounted for.
Provide direction of shipping priority. Monitor, adjust, and update inventory levels across all product lines.
Supervise deliveries and shipments by working with production and shipping team members, Freight Company’s (partners) and others
Develop, train, mentor, monitor and evaluate overseeing all warehouse employees are working effectively toward a common goal.
Assist in developing and implementing shipping guidelines and procedures for best guidelines for best practices.
Plan and coordinate and preform daily operations across all departments- key metrics
Create and approve staff schedules, performance reviews
Monitor warehouse supplies and order supplies.
Review and analyze damaged shipping reports , gather all proper supporting documentation.
Direct employees in staging materials & preparing documentation for product to be shipped .
Coordinate shipping and load schedules with trucking company’s (sub hauler’s)
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently, adaptable, enjoys working with people.
