Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionJoin our team as an Assembler in a clean room environment, where you will be responsible for assembling vacuum systems and components. You will use hand tools, torque wrenches, and fixtures to build semiconductor equipment while following documented procedures and blueprints.Responsibilities
Assemble vacuum systems and components.
Read and follow blueprints or customer drawings.
Use hand tools, calipers, borescope, torque wrenches, and fixtures.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including documenting technical issues.
Navigate computer-based work instructions in a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment.
Work in teams to ensure workflow and production schedule is maintained.
Be flexible and responsive to changing priorities, including rework requirements.
Complete required trainings for processes, procedures, and equipment usage.
Ensure correct parts are delivered and perform visual inspection of components.
Assist with auditing all stages of the build sequence for completeness and workmanship standards.
Close assigned tasks by verifying work completion, signing off, and providing descriptions of work done.
Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur.
