Java Developer - Telematics (Bilingual Korean/English)

Prepare technical design and develop telematics product features using Java/J2EE and Database related technologiesWork collaboratively with product management teams to translate telematics feature specifications into high-quality, timely deliverables as a strong hands-on technical member in telematics product development activitiesDevelop service and client-side code and database scripts that can support high-volume transactionsProduce clean, unit-tested, and refactored code when requiredActively analyze and troubleshoot any issues that arise in production and design and develop solutions to fix the reported defects and stabilize the new products into ProductionAnalyze and report the production issue and ticket trend and provide recommendationsAnalyze current technology utilized and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon themProduction issue triage and tracking, troubleshooting activities, ticket creation and maintenance, ticket assignments, as well as vendor follow-upWorking with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders to satisfy customer requests and provide resolution strategies for incoming issuesIdentify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures and come up with the RCA document. Coordinate root cause analysis, problem management, and facilitation of recurring problem management meetings with management stakeholders, trend analysis, and strategic resolutionMaintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production system, best practices tools and techniques and implement them in a reasonable and responsible mannerIdentify issues and risks as they relate to the Issue/Incident Management program and take escalation actions as necessaryInteract with project teams for new products development giving insights from technical issues of previous productsSalary: $100,000/yr to $140,000/yr
