Lead the NPI change management process within ERP and PLM systems, identifying areas for improvement.
Manage master data activities, ensuring data integrity across cross-functional teams.
Develop and document business processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate on corporate projects to enhance scalability and efficiency in master data management.
Provide reports, analyses, and input on product strategies and process enhancements.
What’s Needed?
Global master data management experience within ERP and PLM environments (SAP MM Module and Teamcenter PLM preferred).
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field with 4-6 years of experience.
Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
