1. Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
2. Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects3. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones4. Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects5. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives6. Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company7. Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department8. Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation9. Experience with Agile methodology and tools.10. Working knowledge of Salesforce custom objects, custom labels, custom fields, Picklists, Page layouts, Workflow Alerts & Actions, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Flows , Process builders , custom Tabs, custom reports, Record Types, Report folders, Visualforce Pages, Custom Setting Record Types and Dashboards according to application requirements.Vacancy caducado!
