Description The organization we are partnering up with is seeking an energetic, intuitive HR Assistant to support our HR director in administrating the day-to-day operations of our human resources division. Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including clerical and administrative duties.
Update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves.
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
Aid with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts.
Initiate periodical payments timely either through payroll or by bank transfer.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a related HR/Administrative position.
Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
