Description Robert Half is seeking reliable and meticulous Administrative Assistants to assist in our data management department.Responsibilities:
Perform heavy data entry tasks.
Manage property’s waiting lists.
Assist in pre-application processes for individuals interested in specific buildings.
Update and organize spreadsheets meticulously for "clean-up projects."
Process name requests and releasing names for various properties.
Transition buildings to manage their waitlists.
Run credit checks and criminal background screenings as part of client vetting.
Requirements
Must possess strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and understand urgency.
Open to asking questions and should not follow procedures based on assumptions.
Prior experience working in the affordable housing sector is desirable but not mandatory.
