- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering
- 10+ years of experience with system specification, verification, or analysis
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution across the spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to work with Micro sof t Office
- Secret clearance
- BS degree in Science, Te chn ology, Engineering, Mathematics
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with ground and airborne systems, such as terminals and networks
- Experience with MILSATCOM, such as Advanced Extrem ely High Frequency ( AEHF ) , Enhanced Polar System ( EPS ) , Wideband Global SATCOM ( WGS ) , and Family of Advanced Bey ond Line-of-Sight ( FAB-T ) terminal programs
- Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients
- Experience working with DoD program offices and compliance with government instructions
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes
- MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent te chn ical field
- Certifications in Systems Engineering International Council on Systems Engineering ( INCOSE ) , Engaging Scientists & Engineers in Policy ( ESEP ) , Certified Systems Engineering Professional ( CSEP ) , or program management ( PMP )
- Certifications in Model Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE ) , OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional ( OCSMP )
- Certifications in Agile Development
