The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, tactical, and field-based execution experience. This role is crucial for our company's growth and success, focusing on initiatives to enhance engagement, collaboration, and competition. As a Regional Implementation Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence many aspects of the business.Key Responsibilities:In this role you will:

Coordinate with Regional Field Sales and Boost Operations teams to expedite achieving Boost Mobile OKRs & KPIs.

Implement, inspect, and enforce customer-facing sales strategies for product/promotional launches with the Regional Director of Sales.

Manage the implementation and field execution of new Brand and Channel launches, including Boost 5G, providing qualitative and quantitative insights.

Develop ongoing sales strategies, including weekly communications, launch plans, major initiative tactics, and monthly call decks for meetings and webinars.

Provide hands-on training to new hires during their first 90 days, developing processes, procedures, and coaching tools to accelerate their development.

Coordinate with corporate teams to create field execution assets and enforce sales strategies, driving key initiatives.

Skills, Experience and RequirementsAs a successful Regional Implementation Manager, you will have:Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience)

3 years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience

1-year selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to travel regionally 2-3 weeks out of the month

Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross-functionally with many departments and levels within the organization
