Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
Research and compare similar competitor products
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Requirements
4+ years of iOS QA or development experience
Strong technical, written and communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of mobile development (e.g. native, react native, hybrid, PWA, or web-responsive), APIs, and relevant tools and technologies
Familiar with mobile emulator software (XCode)
Willing to learn how to deliver work iteratively and push goals to the finish line
Ability to work collaboratively with a group of team members
Strong problem solver with focus on code design, quality and architecture
Working knowledge of software development methodologies and tools including
Experience with automated build systems, version and project control and issue tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or MIS or equivalent experience
