With 2023 revenues of $20.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams.GENERAL PURPOSE:The Supervisor of Sales Audit will lead the daily operation of the sales audit team including direct supervision of six sales audit coordinators. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Sales Audit and is responsible for closing sales at period-end, including period-end journal entries and the various account reconciliations. The role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and testing of system implementations and upgrades, updating operational procedures, identifying and implementing efficiencies, and producing sales reporting for management.The base salary range for this role is $75,700 - $113,650. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Hire, train, mentor and complete performance reviews for sales audit coordinators. Finalize reporting of monthly sales. Coordinate period-end close and preparation of account reconciliations. Coordinate the workflow and timely resolution of credit/debit card chargebacks to meet daily and period-end deadlines. Maintain and evaluate processes and procedures to ensure continual improved efficiency and timeliness of all assigned areas of responsibility. Represent sales audit in the implementation of computer systems, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollout to ensure accurate reporting of financial data and adherence to accounting standards and policies. Prepare statistical and informational reports.
