Job Description:Seeking an experienced Engineer for a permanent position. This position is hybrid (3 days onsite). Seeking local candidates to Dublin, CA (San Francisco Bay area). Vaccination required. Unable to sponsor or work C2C.· Infrastructure Orchestration and Automation: Chocolatey, PowerShell DSC, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, VMWare, ADO, Arista CVP, IAC, Azure, VMWare, Windows, Linux.· Leads and develops strategic computer system analysis and advanced system integration methodology during strategic and technical planning sessions resulting in the documentation, testing [basic smoke test] and modification of software and hardware computer systems· Research, design, document, implement and test computer software systems, in conjunction with product development requirements· Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of technical engineering products· Document configuration management, automation procedures and appropriate cybersecurity documents.· Performs other duties as assigned· Lead Automation design and implementation· Participates Development and designs infrastructure requirements with the business and solution teams· Participates the integration and synchronization security, and infrastructure technologies· Participate in the introduction of new/incoming technology projects into production· Participate root cause analysis and resolution for all IT back-office applications or software issues.· Participate with the threat and vulnerability management, system administrators and desktop architecture, and support teams.· Participate performance monitoring, configuration management, issue escalation and resolution, systems engineering, administration, and strategic technical planning with highly specialized knowledge and skills.· Assist in the development of baseline security configurations for operating systems and applications.Skills:· 5+ years of overall experience· 3+ years DevOps experience· 2+ years Cloud/Azure architecture· Some experience with PowerShell and MS Windows· Bachelor’s Degree
