Alumni Coordinator - Residential

The Alumni Coordinator will reach out to alumni over the phone with the purpose of gathering data. They will assess to see if the alumni have any treatment needs that Casa Palmera can assist them with. They will update alumni on upcoming alumni events and encourage them to participate in the Casa community. They will maintain oversite of alumni app, and alumni social media accounts.ResponsibilitiesAlumni Outreach Coordinators will report to the Supervisor, Patient Operations Manager during their scheduled shift.Assist the Patient Operations Manager in activities and events.Contact alumni and acquire the information requested on the “Alumni Outreach Script.”Document all the pertinent information from each phone call.Keep alumni updated about activities and special events.Inform the appropriate department for each alumni’s specifics needs (admissions, discharge planning etc.).This is a full time position that will work Monday-Wednesday, Friday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm. For a virtual tour of the facility, please visit our website at casapalmera.com.
