job detailsjob summary:Join one of the world's leading machining companies as an Field Service Engineer in Ceritos, CA. Position will need to travel around 50% of the time. It is an hourly role that pays for time driving/flying to client sites and is eligible for overtime pay.Ideal candidates will have experience with installing, repairing and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery. Creating and updating documentation of technical information
Developing, preparing, generating, and analyzing ongoing service reports
Demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a team member; often working with client's engineering team
Provide assistance and training to client's engineering team on installation and maintenance of newer product lines
Establish and build exemplary communication and customer service relationships with clients
Manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting/repair/install of CNC Machine and tools
Experience with programming/editing PLCs
Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
