You will be accountable for leadership team effectiveness, organizational engagement, and performance, while also defining and operationalizing talent plans. You will analyze trends and metrics to develop impactful solutions and programs, provide coaching to leadership, and lead long-term organizational and talent strategies. Includes driving transformation changes, workforce plans, and culture strategiesAccountable for leadership team and effectiveness, department engagement and performance, defining and operationalizing talent planAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and business colleagues to develop solutions and programsProvide coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations, talent management and development and organizational design consultationDeliver long-term team and talent strategies and succession plans for department leadership, including building leadership teamsDeliver talent programs (e.g., Talent Reviews, Succession Planning) at leadership team levelsOrganize teams accountable for building programsMentor other Generalists to help reach their career goals, and enhance our HRBP capability and expand our growth across Experian
