Sales Finance Manager (Remote PST)

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to be an important member of the Employer Services Finance team as a partner for the Employer Services Sales team. This is a dynamic and broad role which will include the end-to-end ownership of sales compensation processes from design to execution. You will maximize the opportunity to work in an environment where financial insights impact results.This is a collaborative role involving interactions with sales, accounting, BU FP&A, strategic pricing, product, and legal. You will report to the Finance Director, Housing and work remotely from the United States.Oversee the design, validation and implementation of new compensation plans and for the Employer Services Sales organizationAutonomously set up and lead our Employer Services Finance support model day-to-dayPartner with Global & Regional Teams to take ownership in securing regular and accurate data feeds from global billing systems for tracking sales accomplishment against targetsHelp deliver impactful consolidated financial analysis and report solutions by improving speed of insight and increasing sales performanceProcess engineering as new products, teams, acquisitions, and investments are integrated into salesLead the development cycle for improving current processes through streamlining and automation, applying financial discipline, and collaboration with partners to deliver the broader Employer Services and Verification Solutions business strategySupport and train Sales as their front facing finance partner with daily interaction with sales teams to help improve performanceLead the annual goal setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership while using multiple BU's across NA as sounding boards as applicableManage governance approval process for large commercial dealsBusiness leader with experience delivering transformation and change within a Finance Sales Partnership environment
