Description About the role: We are seeking an experienced Technology Contracts Manager to join our wonderful client, a well known corporation, based in Orange County. The candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Data Privacy and Tech. This role is primarily focused on managing and negotiating a wide range of technology-related contracts.Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of technology and commercial agreements.
Evaluating potential contractual risks and advising business units accordingly.
Collaborating with the legal team to maintain and enhance contract templates and best practices guides.
Provide support to teammates in the negotiation and structuring of contractual relationships.
Requirements
