About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Transaction Processing Product team as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. This Product Owner will be aligned to scrum teams supporting our Account & Product Services product area.In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment

Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy

Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Independently resolve complex issues

Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

1+ years of experience in the financial industry

1+ years of experience supporting agile development processes

Desired Qualifications:

Technical degree and/or background

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience prioritizing features and initiatives across business, technology and user experience concerns

Ability to manage stakeholders and align them around a roadmap

Experience managing API-driven products.

Ability to dive deeply into product and technology issues

Experience driving innovation in the financial industry

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
