Clerical - Concord Toyota

The Clerical role is an entry level position within the business office. The ideal candidate will be able to learn additional duties within the business office.Duties and Responsibilities:·       Receipt all monies received for new and used car deals and dealer trades.·       Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.).·       Process dealer trades in and out.·       Any other duties as assigned by supervisor·      May also perform filing, scanning, physical inventory counts, manage new and used car inventory, daily deposits, order office supplies, research and process payment on Fastrak tickets, post aftermarket sales/wholesales, assist with AP/AR, and time card management.
