Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Compton, California. This role is within the customer service department of our industry, where you will primarily be handling a significant amount of data entry tasks.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records. Promptly and effectively resolve customer inquiries. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Perform calculations as required and maintain organized files. Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry tasks. Exhibit excellent customer service skills in all interactions. Type and scan documents as needed. Utilize your 10 Key Skills in performing daily tasks. Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly. Requirements Applicant must possess 10 Key Skills for efficient data input. Prior experience in Customer Service is desirable, although not mandatory. Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for the role. Ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally and promptly. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis. Proficient in using Microsoft Word for document processing and editing. Capable of Organizing Files systematically for easy retrieval. Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and promptly. Experience in Scanning documents and images. Typing skills with high accuracy and speed are necessary.
