Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Bilingual in Spanish is required Compensation: $130,000 - $135,000 (Open to negotiate) PLUS: Sign on Bonus - up to $10KSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends!Location: Coachella, CA - Relocation Assistance ProvidedBenefits: Provider healthcare Covered 100% with the exception of dental/vision, Healthcare care options for family members.Providers and family members have the option to see any In-company Providers at no cost,(small costs for vision and dental)403b retirement plan/ and other saving plansGenerous PTO, Sick and more.About Client:Private, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center.Established in 1970.Provide comprehensive primary care throughout Imperial and Riverside Counties.Delivers high-quality care.Overview of LCSW Role:Conduct clinical assessments to develop diagnostic information and determine patient needs.Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling as part of treatment plans.Offer clinical therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, particularly for patients with co-occurring disorders.Engage in crisis intervention as necessary.Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health coordinators, and other staff to enhance health outcomes.Facilitate referrals to additional services as required.Address patient needs through follow-up, advocacy, and collaboration with community service providers.Serve as a mandated reporter for Child Protective Services (CPS) and Adult/Elder Abuse.Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities and services provided.Complete billing-related paperwork promptly.Attend and participate in various internal and external meetings.Perform other related duties as assigned.LCSW Requirements:CA State Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology as a LCSW or MFTMaster’s or Doctorate degreeBilingual in Spanish
