Warehouse Loader 2nd shiftCity of Industry, CAFull TimeApproved Freight Forwarders located in City of Industry, has an immediate opening for a warehouse loader to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses forklift and warehouse experience.Hours: 10-7pm Monday-Friday (OT Mandatory on Tuesdays & Fridays)The rate of pay for this position is $18-20/hr, based on experience.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Break down pallets in warehouse· Utilize an RF scanner to pick orders/read pick orders (loading manifests)· Load and unload containers· Follow all safety procedures while performing heavy lifting and operating warehouse equipment· Operate a forkliftREQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:· Have a positive, can-do attitude· Ability to work 10-7pm (OT Mandatory on Tuesdays & Fridays)· Ability to pass all company pre-employment checks including pre-employment drug screenREQUIRED EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:· High School Diploma or equivalent· 5+ years of forklift experience· An understanding of weight distribution· Experience in Distribution, 3PL, warehousing· Experience with RF guns/scannersPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:· Sit, stand, bend or crouch for an extended period of time· Ability to lift 50lbs. unassistedBENEFITS:· Medical & Dental· FSA and Supplemental Benefits· 401K· Paid Time Off· Paid Holidayshttps://www.thedewittcompanies.com/ccpa/Equal Opportunity Employer- Women/Minorities/Veterans/DisabledPowered by JazzHR
