Fantastic 4 days per week schedule: Wednesday thru Saturday 6am to 4:30pm
Position overview: Perform routine maintenance on mechanical equipment
Required skills and responsibilities:
Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment
Dismantle machines and equipment
Inspect and measure parts to detect wear: change worn parts
Knowledge of machinery operations
Proficient at fabrication and welding desired: Certifications are a plus
Compliance to Cal-OSHA Injury Illness Prevention Program, Safety, Procedures and Programs
Food Safety Requirements: GMPs including Food Safety Policy Statement
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of machinery operations
Experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (forklift)
Reading, writing, math
