Lead Carpenter Needed (Chico)
Looking for a lead guy for custom new home building and remodeling. Our company specializes in Green building strategies and assemblies, e.g., SIP's, Strawbale, Advanced Framing, etc. We frequently use standard building practices and assemblies as well.
We primarily handle all the framing, finish, decking, remodel demolition, and other related carpentry on the jobs, but many of our designs have secondary and energy efficiency components that require attention to detail. Sometimes we'll handle concrete as well. I don't expect knowledge in all of the areas, but a great interest in this niche of the building world and enthusiasm for learning new techniques and strategies.
We're looking for someone who can lead a crew.
Must have own reliable truck, some tools, be clean-cut and know how to treat customers, as well as having a good understanding of how to work with others. Team players only.
