Journeyman or apprentice level remodeler

I’m currently looking for a journeyman that’s highly skilled in remodeling residential need to be well rounded have your own tools and reliable transportation must be able to pass a drug test and have verifiable references. Also looking for an entry level worker as well must have your basic tools, reliable transportation, and pass a drug test. Also must know what the tools are will train the right person currently in my work is spread out from Redding to Chico and sometimes as far as Yuba city or Sacramento must be willing to commute.
