We have an immediate opening for FT skilled apartment maintenance technician in the Chico and Paradise area. This position requires organization, self-motivation, and initiative. Will be responsible for maintenance at various properties and requires reliable transportation , valid CDL and insurance. Must be experienced in painting, electrical, carpentry, appliances, plumbing, drywall, HVAC and general building maintenance. Must have own basic tools.
