Seeking project foreman. Must have experience with underground construction (utilities, septic, etc), commercial or multi-family developments a bonus. Must have valid Drivers License, CDL A a plus. Duties include but not limited to:
- Delegating tasks and supervising onsite crew
-Read construction plans and permits
-Manage time and crew to complete projects on schedule
-Communicate with crew and owner effectively to minimize project delays
-Operating heavy equipment (mini excavators, skid steers, skip loaders, backhoe)
-Experience with TopCon or similar grading systems a plus
Qualifications
- Valid CDL with clean driving record
- Experience in heavy equipment operation, including dozer, loader, and excavator
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with mechanical maintenance of equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Starting pay upper $20's and up with skill/experience
