Job description
MTECH Incorporated, manufacturer of the QTAC Fire line of lightweight, portable and durable fire and rescue apparatus for UTV's, ATV's and Trucks is actively looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. The Sales Manager will primarily report to the main office however they will also attend trade shows, vendor events and periodically be on the road with the leadership team actively selling product.
Primary Responsibilities
Ability to Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage and coach the inside sales team, adjusting telemarketing and dial campaigns as needed to meet goals. Ensure CRM accuracy by verifying job entry information and maintaining clear documentation. Collaborate across departments, including branches, marketing, and operations, to align sales efforts with company goals. Ability to create a plan to meet company objectives and monitor and report on that plan. Individual reports directly to the Sales Director.
Required Qualifications / Preferred Attributes
Experience in high-volume sales environments is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of management experience. Have a strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry and experience in upselling services is highly desirable. Ability to manage a team of 3-5 people, oversee sales projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Budget management experience, with the ability to develop and track revenue forecasts and expense budgets.
Desired experience includes 3+ years of professional product sales experience, be organized and be a problem solver; be able to work independently with minimal guidance and enjoy customer interaction; have working knowledge of Microsoft office software and experience with order entry systems; be customer focused, professional and above all, always be closing.
The ideal candidate has sales experience with equipment or vehicles, team supervision and is looking to grow professionally.
This is a full-time position located in Chico, CA with a fixed and variable compensation package depending on experience.
