Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage Scheduling
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
