Needed: On site live-in housekeeper for a senior gentleman, who is still active. Rent for work. Duties to include, cleaning, ironing, sewing, light outdoor work. Time expected to be discussed and agreed upon. Housing: new, small one-bedroom apartment adjacent to the main house, country setting outside Chico. If selected references from past employers, landlords etc.
No smoking, drugs, pets. The policy covering over-nite guests, visitors, etc. will be explained. Located 7 miles out of Chico. Reliable transportation needed.
