We are a well-established Chiropractic Neurology office seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our team part-time (25–30 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialty practice that helps patients with complex neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient flow and room preparation
Support doctors with patient exams and therapies
Record basic patient information and update medical records
Provide excellent customer service to patients
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
A compassionate, patient-centered attitude
Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
