What's it all about: Greet customers, demo furniture and assist with design and merchandise orders
Duties, responsibilities and required skills:
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers
Assist customers with furniture demos and general product questions
Keep showroom tidy, organized, and visually appealing
Ensure all displayed furniture is properly tagged with accurate pricing and descriptions
Assist managers with basic drawings, quotes, and sample orders
Input vendor acknowledgements into projects, confirming pricing, finishes, and estimated ship dates
Maintain and organize the materials including fabric and finish samples
Monitor and maintain furniture inventory and check-out log
Perform light office equipment maintenance (e.g., printer upkeep, stocking paper)
Outstanding customer service skills are a must!
Retail counter sales
Parts and inventory knowledge
Strong reading, writing and language skills are a must
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm
