Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the CPG. This role is located in Chatsworth, California and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing operations and experiences team, managing digital assets, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.Responsibilities: Streamline marketing team functions through efficient project process and workflows Manage the delivery and approval of all assets for online campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams Maintain up-to-date records of product launches and digital assets across top eCommerce retailers Build trafficking sheets to manage digital assets from various sources and communicate any project hurdles internally Allocate resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any resource issues promptly Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables Manage incoming creative requests and assign them to a team of designers for the development and execution of media campaigns Support the activation of integrations on the Direct-to-Consumer site across brands Create decks and creative materials for internal and external teams, including partnership and activation recaps for reports Oversee additional projects and research tasks as assigned.CPGRequirements Possess strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful completion of projects. Experience in paid media and understanding of its role in the broader marketing mix. Proficiency in paid media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive strategy. Experience in paid social media campaigns and platforms. Ability to effectively lead and manage a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience in the CPG industry.
