Security Agent Sunday-Thursday Night Shift Schedule

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 0000 (midnight)-0830AMScope of Position:                                                                                      Manage warehouse visitors, dock door management, timely and accurate notification to floor staff of what is needed, data entry of driver arrival, events, and scanning.  Creating receipts and making shipments live for receiving via TWMS. Ensure drivers are turned around quickly and auditing the documentation to ensure that the driver is dropping/receiving the correct cargo. Ensuring that our warehouse visitors adhere to our Safety & Security policies.Works with:  Warehouse leadership product operations, Security Health and Safety, Information Systems, Trade Compliance.Responsibilities: Check-In all Warehouse Visitors through Proxyclick in a timely manner. Ensure driver ID’s are checked per requirements. Check out drivers upon completion of their visit. Monitoring the progress of the driver in Proxyclick. Receiving and departing trucks both with paperwork and in the systemTaking and saving photos trucksManage vetted vendors and ensuring visitors are escorted (unless they are vetted).Ensuring visitors have badges and vests and are adhering to our H&S standards.Understand warehouse/product process, files and scriptsEnsuring events or scripts are updated timely (i.e. TSF, LDD, TSC, AMD, RGW).Scanning documentsSealing trucksUpdating logsSending & replying to requestsManaging warehouse request boxKeeping the task board updated when applicableContributing to a clean and safe warehouse environment by keeping the entrance and desk area clean and organized.Escalation of problems to Management when necessary.Adhere to all company, country compliance standards
